Mentoring is about supporting and encouraging someone to make his or her own decision
Mentoring is developing insights to turn hind-sights into fore-sights
Clients ages 10-12 yrs old can look at their
- Social interest and hobbies
- Plans and small steps for studying academic subjects
- Calming down "dealing with anger"
- Bullying "give or take"
Clients ages 13-19 yrs old can benefits from
- Career guidance looking at choices
- Goal setting to achieve success
- Self realization and self development
- Peer pressure "thumbs up or thumbs down"
