Introduction
Transition Lighthouse is a newly start-up consulting company focus on serving the need of women age 25-65yrs old in the community. The owner and operator will run seminars and one-on-one coaching sessions offering a more balance, holistic approach for quality service than its competitors. Transition Lighthouse Consulting Services aim to offer comprehensive consulting services by focusing on providing personal and specialized services to meet each client specific needs.

The Company
Transition Lighthouse is a community interest business : the consultant specializes in a particular discipline including skills gained through qualified courses in Youth Mentoring, Life Coaching, MBTI training, Masters Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP) and National Pharmacy Association healthy living champion courses.
Seminars oriented and group coaching services will use to generate clients. Transition Lighthouse offers services for women depending on their particular needs. This includes using wheel of life tools, T-GROW and SCORE model etc; towards goal setting and working through plans to accomplish success.

The Market
Transition Lighthouse will focus on women age 25-65 years old; preferably in the earlier stages of operation. The company prefers to establish a relationship with a small group and continue to nurture that relationship over the long term.
Muslim women are the primarily target group but not exclusively of the company. Transition Lighthouse intends to stay on the pulse of Muslim women activities within their local area. Additionally County Council tenders, repeat service with client and referrals from among the target group and internet marketing efforts will be made in pursuit of new clients.
Muslim women are primarily attractive because lack of a boarder range of knowledge, ambition, motivation and skills required to achieve success. There is a serious need in the market place and certainly a significant demand for this type of consultation service within the local community.

Competitors
Competitors are the Mosque Leaders Imans, Sheikh, Scholars of the deen, and Amirs and Amirahs of black and minority ethnic (BME) muslim groups. These competitors use knowledge gained from a general point of view and are not tailor made to suit individual specific practical situation.

Executive Summary
I truly enjoy people re-discovering their true power within. Watching somebody transform themselves before my eyes is one of the most rewarding aspects of what I do. I feel I have done a good job when I see that sparkle in people eyes and they tell me it was an amazing experience.
My research into my future service has revealed that many Muslim women are not happy in their current situation; confronting and solving their problems is a painful process. I aim to suggest ways in which confronting and resolving their problems and suffering through changes can enable them to
